Shipment Schedule and Confirmation

Our shipments are sourced from outside Ghana (Germany) and typically arrive approximately every three months. Please note that this is an estimated timeframe and is subject to change due to unforeseen logistical delays.

Once a shipment containing your pre-ordered item(s) arrives, we will contact you via the delivery information provided to confirm the details of your final delivery.
 

Refunds and Returns

Refunds will be considered exclusively upon the arrival of your order and only in the event of a product defect, damage, or if the wrong item was received.
