- To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

 

Non-Returnable Items

- Intimate apparel (underwear, lingerie, swimwear)

- Items marked as "Final Sale"

- Damaged or soiled items

- Items without original tags

 

How to Initiate a Return

4. Package the item securely with the original packaging if possible

- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it within 3-5 business days

- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method

- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider

 

Refund Amount

- You will receive a full refund of the purchase price

- Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error)

- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility

 

Partial Refunds

We may issue partial refunds in the following cases:

- Items showing obvious signs of wear

- Items returned more than 14 days after delivery

- Items not in original condition or missing tags

 

Exchanges

We want you to get the perfect fit and style!

 

Exchange Period

- You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request an exchange

- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached

 

What You Can Exchange

- Size exchanges:If the size doesn't fit, we'll exchange it for a different size in the same style (subject to availability)

- Colour/Style exchanges: You may exchange for a different color or style of equal or lesser value

- Defective items: We'll replace defective items at no additional cost

 

How to Request an Exchange

2. Provide your order number and specify what you'd like to exchange

3. We'll confirm availability and provide exchange instructions

4. Ship the original item back to us

5. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll ship your exchange item

 

Exchange Shipping

- For size exchanges: We'll cover shipping costs for the replacement item if you cover the return shipping

- For defective/incorrect items: We cover all shipping costs

- For style/colour changes: Customer is responsible for both return and new item shipping

 

Exchange Limitations

- Exchanges are subject to stock availability

- If your preferred size/colour is out of stock, we'll offer a refund or store credit

- Sale items can only be exchanged for the same item in a different size (no style changes)

- Final Sale items cannot be exchanged

 

Damaged or Defective Items

 

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

- Contact us immediately at [your email] with photos of the damage

- We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you

- We'll cover all return and replacement shipping costs

 

Wrong Item Received

 

If we sent you the wrong item:

Lost or Stolen Packages

 

Once your order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier:

- We recommend tracking your shipment and being available to receive it

- Consider requesting signature confirmation for high-value orders

 

Store Credit

 

As an alternative to refunds, we offer store credit:

- Store credit can be issued for the full value of your return

- Store credit never expires

- Can be used for any future purchase

- Contact us to request store credit instead of a refund
